From this year, SMEs can gain access to the subsidized credit lines provided by the new European Funds: the European programs, Horizon 2020 and COSME, which offer an interesting opportunity to support investments in research, innovation, internationalization for competitiveness.
Horizon 2020 is the new EU program aimed at financing research and innovation, covering all the phases of the project from the development of the concept to the placing on the market, and can count on 80 billion to be translated into accessible calls.
The COSME Program 2014-2020 for the competitiveness of enterprises and SMEs operates in continuity with the Framework Program 2007-2013 (CIP Program for the Competitiveness of enterprises and SMEs ), the goal is to create an environment favorable to the creation and growth of SMEs in order to foster entrepreneurship by facilitating access to the credit and internationalization.
The funding for the two programs are complementary in terms of categories of businesses or receiving projects, symmetrical in terms of the used instruments.
