In the next three years we’ll see a reconfiguration of roles and responsibilities within the ICT directions.
Alessandra Luksch (Polimi) says that, especially in the medium-large companies, we’ll see a tightening up of operational figures paying more attention on the Demand Management, in order to fully fulfill the necessities of internal customers and the “line of business”.
The organizational challenges that today appear as priorities for ICT directions concern the Innovation Management (37%) in terms of roles and processes, the Demand Management (27%) and Mobile solutions and Enterprise Architecture (both 23%).
For the “small companies” the associative world will become more and more important, it will be necessary to develop new skills and roles capable of supporting companies in the paths towards digital transformation.
